Economic Development
Our greatest strengths are what we are and we need to capitalize on our beautiful location.
Over the course of this campaign, I will be releasing an economic development plan. This plan will include a vision for our downtown. Will we make our downtown beautiful again. I will work with property owners to get businesses in North Adams. No business idea will go unheard. I will work to create partnerships and move the Mohawk Theater project forward to propel our downtown into a new direction. All stakeholders, old and new, will have a voice and will be heard.
I will work with the MASS MoCA to establish a vital link to the downtown. I will work with local arts to bring artwork into all of our neighborhoods. My administration will market the beautiful natural resources that we have in this community to make North Adams a destination for all.
